Westhaven Association is a disability service provider in Dubbo, NSW Australia, existing solely to provide supported employment and accommodation for adults with intellectual disabilities.

Westhaven is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity with all money generated from our business activities being used to provide ongoing support for our people.

Established in 1957 it provides employment, training, accommodation & life skills support to adults with intellectual disabilities & has a support team of around seventy people. Many of our residents and supported employees have been with us for well over thirty years and many no longer have living relatives to care for them.
